Mel Trebilcock is a qualified and accredited clinical nutritionist and health educator. As a former travelling professional, international Masters student, endurance runner and busy mum, Mel has learned the importance of creating affordable, effective and practical ways to optimise health and wellbeing. These practices have not only sustained her during her own journey to heal some critical health issues, including correction of hormone imbalances and food intolerances, but ignited her interest in the science and biochemistry of nutrition. Using current scientific research in therapeutic nutrition, Mel supports her clients with balanced nutrition templates, dietary plans, nutritional supplementation and dietary education, always focused upon each client achieving their optimum health.
As a nutritionist, Mel understands the pressures that a busy, modern life can put on eating habits and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
